Qualified vehicle-shipping opportunities, matched to the routes and services you accept.
Car Shipping Miami is a consumer marketplace. People arrive describing a shipment, not shopping a price list — and we structure that request before it ever reaches you. You set what you accept; we send what fits.
Provider Opportunities
What a qualified request looks like
Every opportunity arrives with the shipment already described. No calling back to ask whether the car runs.
Structured details before first contact
Route, vehicle, condition, timing and service preference arrive together. No calling back to find out whether the car runs.
You set what you accept
Origin states, destination states, vehicle conditions, services and timing windows. Requests outside those are not yours to decline.
Control your volume
Set a daily or weekly cap on opportunities. We stop sending when you have what you can work.
See where the request came from
The source page and the consumer’s stated reason travel with the request, so you know whether you are talking to an auction buyer or a family with a move date.
Report outcomes, improve matching
Tell us what happened — quoted, booked, unreachable, out of scope — and the matching gets better for the routes you actually want.
Clear expectations on the consumer side
Consumers are told before they submit that an independent provider will contact them about availability and pricing. Nobody is surprised when you call.
Standards
What we expect from a participating provider
Car Shipping Miami’s value to consumers is clarity. That only holds if the providers on the other side of the handoff behave consistently.
- Contact the consumer using the method and time window they selected.
- Be explicit about what your estimate covers and what could change it.
- Provide your cargo insurance certificate, limit and deductible on request.
- Never present an estimate as a booked or guaranteed shipment.
- Honour a consumer’s request to stop contacting them, immediately.
- Keep your accepted routes, services and capacity current so matching stays accurate.
Provider qualification criteria, verification standards and the compensation model are being finalised. Car Shipping Miami will not describe providers as "licensed", "verified" or "vetted" on the consumer side until there is a documented standard behind the word.
Provider questions
Is Car Shipping Miami a broker?
No. Car Shipping Miami is a marketplace and advertising platform. It does not arrange transportation, dispatch drivers, take payment for shipments or hold cargo. Consumers contract directly with the independent provider they choose.
How are requests matched?
On route, vehicle condition, timing window and the services a provider has said they accept. Matching is not a broadcast — a request is not sent to providers who cannot serve it.
What does it cost to participate?
The compensation model is being finalised ahead of launch. Join the waitlist and we will share the terms with you directly before anything begins.
Can I set which shipments I never want?
Yes. Accepted origin and destination states, vehicle conditions, services and timing windows are all yours to configure, along with a cap on how many opportunities you receive.
Want the routes you actually run?
We are building the provider side now. Join the waitlist and you will get the terms, the matching criteria and the qualification standard directly, before anything goes live.
