This policy explains what information Car Shipping Miami collects, what happens to it, and the choices you have. Car Shipping Miami is a marketplace — the most important thing to understand is when and why your details reach a provider.

Who we are
Car Shipping Miami (“we”, “us”) operates a marketplace and advertising platform that helps people describe a vehicle shipment and connect with an independent transportation provider. We do not transport vehicles or provide transportation services.
What we collect
- Shipment details you enter: pickup and delivery ZIP codes, vehicle year, make, model and body style, vehicle condition, keys availability, timing and flexibility, and your service preference.
- Contact details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact time and any notes you add.
- Technical information: standard web-server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.
When your details reach a provider
Only after you submit the request and give consent on the final step. We identify who may contact you before you submit. We do not sell your contact details into a general lead pool, and we do not pass them to providers who cannot serve your shipment.
How we use the information
- To match your request with an independent provider whose accepted routes and services fit it.
- To contact you about the request you submitted.
- To understand which pages and routes are useful, so the content can be improved.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the request form.
Third-party services
Request submissions are processed by a third-party form provider, and site usage may be measured with a web analytics service. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies in addition to this one. The specific providers in use are listed here before launch.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only where they are needed to operate the site or to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the request flow will still work.
Your choices
- You can ask any provider to stop contacting you at any time, and they must honour it.

Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify people who have submitted a request.
