What this service is
Car Shipping Miami is a marketplace and advertising platform. It helps you describe a vehicle shipment and connects that request with an independent transportation provider. Car Shipping Miami does not transport vehicles, dispatch drivers, arrange transportation, quote prices or take payment for shipments.
Your agreement is with the provider
Any transportation quote, booking, contract, payment, insurance claim or dispute is between you and the independent provider you choose. Car Shipping Miami is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee pickup dates, delivery dates, carrier assignment, condition on arrival or any other outcome of a shipment.
Submitting a request
Submitting a request does not create a transportation agreement and does not oblige you to purchase anything. By submitting, you agree that the provider identified to you before submission may contact you about that shipment by phone, text or email.
You agree to describe the shipment accurately — particularly the vehicle’s condition. Inaccurate details can mean a provider arrives without the right equipment, which may result in fees charged by that provider.
Estimates and published information
Distances, transit ranges, seasonal patterns and any example figures on this site describe how corridors and services typically behave. They are informational, are not quotes, and are not binding on Car Shipping Miami or on any provider.
Acceptable use
Do not submit requests for vehicles you have no authority over, submit false information, attempt to scrape or overload the site, or use the request flow to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The text, guides, design and marks on this site belong to Car Shipping Miami. You may link to and quote reasonable portions with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts as your own.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Shipping Miami disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for loss or damage arising from a shipment, from a provider’s conduct, or from reliance on general information published here.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
